Estimada familia Arcega.

To the Arcega family. I am deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Richard “Sega” was one of my closest friends during my time in South Texas. He always made those around him happy with his infectious smile and happy go lucky attitude. This world lost a real treasure with his passing. I will cherish the memories I have of Richard as he was one of the best men I have ever known. My thought and prayers go to Richard’s family and to all those who considered him a dear friend.

I am truly saddened by Richard’s passing and I offer my deepest condolences to his wife and son, as well as his extended family. I have very fond memories of Richard which date back to 1998. He was an honorable man and a gentle soul who will live on forever.
